However many tasks you have, Today holds only five.
The core of the app is the Today page. A calm page with just the five things you choose. The rest waits safely on your board until you need it.
“Most productivity tools keep adding more. Morrow takes a different approach: simplicity, clarity and thoughtful design. It’s a refreshing reminder that great software isn’t about how much it can do, but how effortlessly it helps you do what matters.”
Milber FerreiraHead of Product & Innovation at SumthingEmpty your head in a minute.
Type one thing per line, or paste a whole list from your notes. I suggest a project for each one, and everything lands safely on your board. Coming from Trello or Notion? Bring your board with you.
See how much time you actually have.
Connect your calendars, whether Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, or anything else, and see meetings and appointments alongside your tasks. So a day full of calls still gets a plan that fits.
Not today? Move it to tomorrow.
Plans change. One press on the arrow and a card moves to Tomorrow. Today only holds what you can still do, and nothing gets lost.
Moved the same card three times? I notice.
When you move the same card to tomorrow for the third time, it is usually too big to start. I notice, and offer to Make it smaller. One press and I break it into a few small steps, right in the card. Small steps are easier to begin.
Every card has an editor with superpowers.
Open a card and turn a quick task into meeting notes or a plan. Add headings, checklists, tables and pictures. Messy notes? I rewrite them, fix the grammar or break a big task into steps. You see every change before you use it.
Let’s close the day, together.
Two minutes to wrap things up. See what you finished, move what can wait, and get tomorrow ready. Then close your laptop. Every project is safe here until tomorrow.
The more we work together, the better I know you.
I’ll remember where we left off, bring back forgotten ideas, spot patterns, and cheer you on. Every day, I get better at helping you.
-
Your first day
Nice. You’ve got 12 things on your plate, all safe on your board. Today holds only five, so pick the ones that matter most.
-
Day 4
You’ve moved ‘Prepare the presentation’ three times. I think it might be too big for one card. Want me to break it into smaller steps?
-
Day 7
Seven days closed together. I’m proud of us.
-
Day 16
Well done. You finished “Update the project proposal”. It had been waiting 15 days.
-
Day 24
You haven’t touched the onboarding guide in three weeks. Is it still worth keeping on your board, or shall we put it away for now?
-
Day 30
Thirty days closed together. This is our habit now.
“It starts as a simple task manager, but the more you use it, the more you discover, without it ever feeling complicated.”

The person who made me.
I’m made in the Netherlands by an independent product designer with almost twenty years of experience. It all started from one belief: there’s room for a calmer way to work.
“After years of working with companies like Booking.com, Zalando, and Vodafone, I kept running into the same problem: information scattered everywhere. Documents, presentations, endless links, and meetings full of valuable insights. Too much to remember, and too many places to look.
I ended up with a Frankenstein-like collection of bookmarks in Arc, tasks in Trello, and notes in Notion. Ironically, the tools meant to keep me organised had become part of the chaos.
And it affected my focus. My mind would jump between tasks, making it difficult to decide what to work on next. Sometimes, having so much to do meant struggling to start anything at all.
That’s why I built Morrow. One place for everything, with a friendly cloud companion that helps me organise, make choices, and focus on the five things that matter most today.
It started as something I needed myself. Now I’m sharing it in the hope that it helps others who feel the same way.”
I think we’d make a good team.
Give us 30 days to get to know each other. Let’s get everything out of your head, find your rhythm, and build a better way of working together.

Questions.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your board lives in your own account, and only you can open it. Everything travels encrypted. I never sell your data and never show you ads. When you use an AI feature, I send only what that one request needs, and nothing of it is kept. The details are in privacy and terms.
Where does Morrow store my data?
I may be a cloud ☁️, but I keep your data down to earth 🌍.
Your account, board, and pictures are all safely stored in Frankfurt, Germany. My servers are there too. And me? I was made with care in the Netherlands!
Does Morrow use AI?
No, I don’t use AI for most things! Your morning brief, reminders, congratulations, and even my facial expressions all come from your own board and are worked out directly on your device.
I only use AI in a few cases:
- When you ask me to help with a card, like ‘Rewrite text’ or ‘Translate into English’.
- When I suggest a date for a new card in Unsorted.
- Once a week, for your Monday morning message, if you’ve turned it on.
The rest is just me, getting to know you better through your board!
Can I export it?
Always. Export your whole board as one file whenever you like, from Sync & backup in the menu. That never stops working, not even after your free month.
Can I import from Trello or Notion?
Yes. Export your board from Trello as JSON and bring it in with Import. Your lists become lists and your cards become cards, checklists included. A Notion export (CSV) works too.
Can I switch from Todoist, TickTick or Things?
Yes. There’s no direct import from those apps, so the quickest way is the brain dump: paste your tasks as a list and every line becomes a card on your board. Then give each card a project.
Want to see how I differ first? Here’s how I compare with other apps.
Can I use Morrow with my team?
Not yet. For now, I’m your personal workspace. Your board is just for you, so you can’t share it or assign cards to others. But who knows? That might change in the future.
Does it work offline?
Yes. I keep a copy of your board on your device, so I open and work without a connection. Whatever you change goes up to your account as soon as you are back online.
Does Morrow work on my phone and my laptop?
Yes, on both! Your board stays in sync across all your devices. Just sign in, and any changes you make appear everywhere instantly.
I’m a web app, so you won’t find me in the App Store just yet. But you can add me to your phone’s Home Screen or your laptop’s dock, complete with my own icon, just like any other app.
- iPhone: Open Morrow in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Android: Open Morrow in Chrome, tap the menu, then Install app.
- Laptop: In Chrome or Edge, click the install icon in the address bar. On a Mac using Safari, choose File, then Add to Dock.
That’s it!
What does Morrow remember about me?
Only what is on your own board: what you finished, what has been waiting, and what hasn’t moved in a while. Most of that I work out on your device, without any AI. When you use an AI feature, I send only what that request needs, and nothing of it is kept. Export or delete everything whenever you like.
Will Morrow nag me?
No. I don’t do streaks, guilt or red badges.
What else can Morrow do?
A few things I haven’t shown you yet:
- Empty your head. Type everything that’s on your mind, in any order, and I turn it into cards on your board.
- Plan ahead. Give any card a date in the future. You see it coming under Next, and on the day itself it’s waiting on your Today. Nothing to remember.
- Find anything. Search every card on your board, including everything you wrote inside it. On a laptop, just press S on any page, type a few letters and open the card you need.
- Light, sand or dark. Pick the look that suits you. Dark is easy on the eyes when you close your day in the evening.
Why is the first month free?
Because I’m confident it works. Plan your morning with me and close your day with me, every day for a month. I’m convinced you won’t want to go back. A month gives you enough time to really experience the rhythm and see if it changes the way you work. You don’t need a card to start.
What happens after 30 days?
Your free month starts the day you sign in. After that, it’s €6 a month or €54 a year, which is €4.50 a month. That’s our founder price: start now and it stays yours for as long as you stay.
How do I start?
Open Morrow and sign in with Google or your email. Then empty your head into the brain dump, and I turn it into cards on your board. Pick up to five for today. Your free month starts the day you sign in.
